ABOUT THIS STYLE:

If you have ever been to an event where I was illustrating live and missed your chance to get a sketch, this option is for you! This is the exact style and process I use when live illustrating. This option differs from my other commission options in a few ways:

• You may include up to 2 people max

• I will draw from ONE exact photo that you send me. I will not create a composite using different photos. The photo you send me is what I will use as reference. No notes or changes other than very simple things (for example: don’t draw my glasses, make shoes a different color, etc.)

• No backgrounds

• No pets

• There is no pencil sketch approval process. You send me your photo and then I will follow up with the finished art and your tracking info once complete.

• I sit down and create your sketch in about 15 minutes. I don’t sketch out in pencil first. The magic of this style lies in the imperfect marks and exaggerated proportions that result from speed sketching. For lack of a better way to say it, you get what you get- beautiful flaws and all! : )

• Materials used: professional art maker, pen, and 9×12” mixed media paper

• Turnaround time: 4 weeks

PROCESS

1. After you place your order, I will reach out via email within 1-2 business days to get your reference photo.

2. Once your art is completed, I will send a photo of the finished art via email, along with tracking information for the physical piece once it is mailed.
