ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Forego a traditional wedding guest book for a piece of art that you can display for years to come. You can select your wedding venue, just you and your partner, or both to be painted. Enough space will be left around the edges of the painting for your guests to sign.
Paintings are created on sturdy watercolor board for ease of display at your venue.
This product utilizes the "Option 1: Stylized portrait style" only.
SIZING AND MATERIALS
All illustrations are created with watercolor on cold press watercolor board.
- 16x20 inch - will accommodate about 35-45 guest notes &/or signatures.
- 20x30 inch - will accommodate about 85-125 guest notes &/or signatures.
- 30x40 inch - will accommodate about 200-250 guest notes &/or signatures.
TURNAROUND TIMES AND SHIPPING
This item has a 10 week turnaround. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee depending on current capacity.
16x20” and 20x30” paintings ship USPS Ground Advantage. 30x40” paintings are available for local pickup only.
PROCESS
1. After you place your order, I will reach out via email within 1-2 business days to collect the information I need from you to proceed, including reference photos and notes.
3. A pencil sketch will be sent via email for your approval approximately 3-4 weeks later. 1-2 rounds of revisions are included.
4. Once your art is completed, I will send a photo of the finished artwork via email, along with tracking information for the physical artwork once it is mailed.

Half Background examples
A single object or structure in the background against white space (large furniture, awnings, or other standalone decor)
Walls (solid colors or with very simple designs or details) or a wash of color
Scenery that has been simplified so that at least 50% of the composition is white space
Other examples may include simplified outlines or shapes that “suggest” a background (like a hint of trees, mountains in the distance, or skylines)
Full Background examples
Scenery that takes up most of, if not all of the background space in the composition
Buildings and architecture that are close enough to the foreground to show details like windows, doors, etc.
Backgrounds that include other people (wedding receptions, for example)
Complex foliage that fills the space (trees, flowers, etc.)
